What shipping method is used and how long will it take to arrive to me?Our company utilizes USPS priority flat rate shipping. Our products typically arrive within 3-5 business days for all in stock products. Clients are asked to add an additional 5 business days for the processing of all customized items. Please note that USPS has been experiencing shipping delays over the past year. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be forwarded to the client at the time. The tracking information will give you, the client, first hand information from USPS regarding the shipment/delivery of your package.

Does Designs by FAITH Gift Shop provide clients with the opportunity to place custom orders?Yes, Please email us at designsbyfaith2003@gmail.com with your official inquiry and you will be provided a quote within 48 business hours from the receipt of your email. All Designs by FAITH Gift Shop items are made by hand therefore all custom items will have an additional fee assessed. Our company will not produce any custom items under a 2week turnaround due to the purchasing/receiving of specified materials if they are not already on hand. NO NEXT DAY orders. NOTE: Custom tshirts will require a $10 custom design fee assessment. Custom jewelry will require a $5 design fee assessment

What brand of shirts does the company use?The majority of our tshirt designs are created using Gildan brand tshirts with the exception of our tie dye, sleeveless and raglan shirts. All none Gildan brands are notated under the product description.

Exchange/Refund PolicyAll Designs by FAITH Gift Shop sales are final unless there is an error made on the company's behalf. We unfortunately do not accept any exchanges do to COVID-19

Holiday Shipping PolicyDesigns by FAITH Gift Shop does not control the speed of USPS shipping or delays. Clients will recieve a shipment confirmation containing the tracking number for your order. Once the shipment confirmation has been emailed, it is out of our hands. Please ensure that all shipping addresses are correct as well before you submit your orders. DBF is not liable/responsible for any package shipped to the wrong address once varied (compared to order dock). All in stock (non custom) items ordered by December 15 are guaranteed to reach by christmas utilizing USPS priority shipping. Any orders received after this time are subject to delay. If you are located in the Metro Jackson (MS) area, please contact us regarding pick up or delivery options prior to placing your online order. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
